Q: WHY ARE TUNE-UPS IMPORTANT?

A: Records show that four out of five system breakdowns could have been prevented with regular maintenance. A tune-up lowers the chance of your system breaking down, keeps your equipment running at peak efficiency, reduces your energy bills, and extends the life of your equipment.

Q: HOW CAN I SAVE ON REPAIRS?

A: Our service plans can save you hundred or even thousand of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system. For example, without a service plan replacing a blower motor on a furnace costs as much as $526; replacing a condenser motor on a central air system costs as much as $515. With our Assured Comfort service plan you receive no-charge coverage for replacing these parts.

Q: WHICH PLAN IS BEST FOR ME?

A: Your choice of our Preferred Client or Assured Comfort service plans depends on the level of protection you’re comfortable with. If your system is more than five years old, you may save the most with our comprehensive Assured Comfort plan, because most repairs are fully covered. For newer systems, the Preferred Client plan, which includes repair discounts and a tune-up, will probably serve you well.
