Q: WHY ARE TUNE-UPS IMPORTANT?
A: Records show that four out of five system breakdowns could have been prevented with regular maintenance. A tune-up lowers the chance of your system breaking down, keeps your equipment running at peak efficiency, reduces your energy bills, and extends the life of your equipment.

Q: HOW CAN I SAVE ON REPAIRS?
A: Our service plans can save you hundred or even thousand of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system. For example, without a service plan replacing a blower motor on a furnace costs as much as $526; replacing a condenser motor on a central air system costs as much as $515. With our Assured Comfort service plan you receive no-charge coverage for replacing these parts.
