Starting today we’ll be posting a series on our unique guarantees.
We’ll start with our “No Surpise Guarantee” which states…
“You don’t have to worry about being quoted one price and then being asked to pay for something additional that you had no idea you even needed. The deal you make today is all you pay. If our consultant leaves something out, it becomes our responsibility to cover it at no additional cost to you.”
Very few, if any, other heating and air conditioning contractors will make this kind of guarantee to you. We’re not out to take advantage of you or offer you an inexpensive option and then tell you that it won’t work and that you’ll have to pay more for one that will. Aren’t professional contractors supposed to know what they’re doing?
