Q: Why should I invest in a service plan?
A: For peace of mind, savings and convenience. Our service plans include an annual tune-up for preventive maintenance. Plus, you receive a fast response and big savings on repairs.
Q: Why are tune-ups important?
A: Records show that four out of five system breakdowns could have been prevented with regular maintenance. A tune-up lowers the chance of your system breaking down, keeps your equipment running at peak efficiency, reduces your energy bills, and helps extend the life of your equipment.
Q: How can I save on repairs?
A: Our service plans can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system. For example, without a service plan replacing a blower motor on a furnace could cost as much as $933; replacing a condenser fan motor on a central air system could cost as much as $725. With our Assured Comfort service plan you receive no-charge coverage for replacing these parts.
Q: Which plan is best for me?
A: The Preferred Client plans offer routine maintenance and service at a discount. If your system in relatively new and trouble-free, then this may be the best one for you.
If your system is older, then you may benefit from the enhanced coverage of the Assured Comfort plan which features no charge for covered repairs. Note that once your system is beyond it’s normal life expectancy it is no longer eligible for coverage under the Assured Comfort plan and your coverage will revert to the Preferred Client Plan.
Assured Comfort plan coverage requires inspection of the covered system(s) and all necessary repairs be made before coverage can be effective.
Q: What do you mean by priority service?
A: We always take care of Meyer & Depew service plan clients first! If you lose your heat or air conditioning, we guarantee a fast response. Plus, during periods of extreme temperatures and heavy call volume, only service plan clients are promised priority service.
